iSupport is a subscription based, personalised email support service.  iSupport gives you the opportunity to stay connected from the comfort of your own home.

In light of current circumstances, the ability to access support from your own home or on the move is vital. Some people are not comfortable with screens and so this service offers you easy access to support in a way that fits in with your life and express your feelings to a reliable qualified therapist.

Subscription is billed monthly by Direct Debit at the current rate of €40 per month.  I will check in with you by email once per week (limits apply) and will be sent within 2 working days of receipt of your email.  I reserve the right to use the services of another NAPCP registered counsellor where necessary (e.g. illness or holidays).
